Not at all. A rough idea is enough — we'll figure out the scope, requirements, and best approach together in a free discovery call. No need to have a spec ready.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope. If the scope changes significantly, we discuss it openly and adjust accordingly — no surprise invoices.

If we handle the launch together, you get 30 days of free support included — bug fixes, minor adjustments, anything that comes up. If you prefer to take ownership of the deliverable yourself, ongoing support is available separately.

Yes — I work with clients worldwide. If you are nearby or prefer a face-to-face meeting, that can be arranged. Otherwise, everything runs smoothly online.

Yes, on request. A standard NDA can be signed before any project discussion — no problem at all for sensitive work.

Who owns the website or code after the project is done?

It depends on the arrangement. If you pay the full project price, you own everything 100% — all code, assets, and accounts. If you opt for a monthly subscription model, ownership stays with Vexu Studio for the duration of the subscription.

Can you work with my existing website or codebase?

Starting from scratch is preferred — it usually leads to a cleaner result. That said, taking over and improving an existing project is possible. We assess the codebase first and let you know what is realistic.

Yes — the first call is always free. No commitment, no pitch. We talk through your project, I give an honest assessment, and we figure out together whether working together makes sense.

What if I am not happy with the result?

We keep iterating until you are satisfied. Within the agreed scope, we do not stop until the result is right. Open communication throughout the project means surprises at the end are very rare.

Do you build on WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow?

Custom-built is the default — it gives you more control, better performance, and no platform lock-in. That said, WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow are possible if they genuinely fit your needs better. We recommend the right tool for the job, not the easiest one for us.

Email, voice calls, and video calls are the main channels. WhatsApp or any other tool you prefer works too — I adapt to whatever is most comfortable for you.
